Key Accountabilities
As the Pricing and Commercial Business Analyst, you will be the key point of contact for setting prices across various channels, contributing to our value-based pricing strategy. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and R&D teams, providing essential insights and analysis to drive profitability.

• Strive for continuous improvement in the pricing architectures in all the channels
• Support the sales negotiations with the customers and maintain on a daily basis the pricing database for the Industrial customers and the Artisan customers
• Prepare and present the price scenarios considering the recipes, the production costs, the supply chain costs, and the transfer price evolutions
• Preparing offers in close collaboration with the sales teams in all the channels, following the pricing architectures and the HQ pricing department recommendations
• Responsible to create the chocolate contracts and actively following the contracts by participating in sales meetings

• Assistance for the closing each month in respect of accruals calculations on freight costs, marketing cost, production costs, …
• Perform analyzes on different fields such as freight costs, marketing cost, service level, production costs…
• Prepare the comments of the monthly result based mainly on the variance between the actuals and the budget on the volume, the sales and the costs
• Being able to create reports including the necessary information with different BI tools used in the group

Who are we looking for?
You have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent experience)

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong skills in SAP, Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Power BI

• Fluency in English and in French or Dutch

• Critical thinking and entrepreneurial mindset

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
