Content Manager DIGI

We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Manager to join our team and oversee all content creation and distribution efforts.
Key responsibilities as a Social Media Manager at DIGI Belgium
- Manage all content across various platforms including social media, blogs, emails and other digital channels
- Plan and execute content schedules, ensuring timely and consistent delivery
- Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, design and product to align content with overall company goals and strategies
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that includes content themes, posting schedules and deadlines
- Ensure all content meets high-quality standards, is on-brand and aligns with the company’s voice and style guidelines
- Edit, proofread and improve content created by team members or freelancers
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and emerging content practices
- Manage relationships with external content creators and agencies when necessary

Must have qualities & talents
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field/experience
- 3-5 years proven experience as a Content Manager, Content Strategist or similar role
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., Word Press) and social media management tools
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
