Group Content and Platform Specialist

Your Mission:

Step into a pivotal role within the Puratos Group Marketing Department, where your expertise will shape and drive our digital communication strategy. Beyond strategy, you will lead corporate content creation, and support the Communication Team with 360/omnichannel global campaigns and marketing automation. You will play a vital role in fostering long-term engagement and dialogue between Puratos/Belcolade and its customers, and in enhancing our overall digital presence and impact.

Key Accountabilities

• Group Content Creation and Platform Management

• You will lead the development, creation and execution of Puratos’s content marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and brand differentiation (social – Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin, websites, SEO, messaging platforms, e-mail).
• You will manage and optimize paid campaigns to ensure strong performance and maximum ROI.
• You will continuously improve digital communication tactics, generate valuable leads, and report on key performance indicators.
• You will provide strategic and tactical advice regarding content and external communication to the global marketing community. Create toolkits and share learnings to enhance our digital communication efforts.
• You will lead the growth and development of our multi-country, multi-language Belcolade website and write search engine-optimized articles to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.

• Campaign Creation and Roll-out

• You will support the Communication Team in developing, implementing, and globally rolling out 360/omnichannel campaigns (SEA, SEO, paid social campaigns, e-mail campaigns, messaging, trade media, PR).
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute comprehensive global campaigns. Work with freelancers and agencies, providing clear briefings and managing budgets.
• You will analyze campaign results to optimize future strategies and initiatives.

Who are we looking for?

• You have a Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• You have at least 3-5 years of experience in a communication or marketing function within a large organization, preferably in an international context with a track record in developing and executing strategic communication plans, campaigns, and content.
• You have practical experience withCMS and Google Analytics. Experience with social media management platforms (ex. Sprout Social) and marketing automation tools (ex. Hubspot) is a plus.
• You are culturally aware and can contribute effectively in a multicultural environment.
• You are interested in the world of bread, patisserie, and chocolate, and have a particular affinity for digital marketing.
• You have a high proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Your abilities strongly align with the following critical soft skills::
  • You have a strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • You are self-sufficient and can work independently to drive multiple projects forward.
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for grammar and attention to detail.
