Job Description

  • Customer follow-up and building a good customer relationship.
  • Acting as the personal contact for customers regarding providing solutions, pre-sales information, quotes, orders, and deliveries with the goal of achieving set targets.
  • Continuously optimizing the customer relationship through more personal contact.
  • Daily processing of telephone and written quote requests and orders, as well as their follow-up.
  • Proactively following up with customers by checking backorders, monitoring quotes, orders, and call-off orders.
  • Proposing new products and/or promotions that are interesting for your customers, as well as maintenance.
  • Increasing sales through cross-selling.
  • Optimizing accessibility for customers by continuously monitoring incoming calls and emails.

Qualifications
  • Preferably, you have relevant work experience, meaning knowledge of networking, security, or data center products such as HPE Aruba, Dell, security vendors, etc.
  • Dutch or French is your native language. You have at least a basic understanding of the
  • other national language. You also have a good command of English.
  • Microsoft Office, with Excel and Word being no secrets to you.

  • You are a team player with a sense of responsibility.
  • You work accurately, are stress-resistant, and focus on deadlines.
  • You are eager to learn and continuously expand your product knowledge by attending training sessions, reading professional literature, and on-the-job training.
