Main Responsibilities:

Implementation of Digital Products & Platforms:

• Participate in deploying the Consumer Centric vision to enhance flexibility at all voltage levels and generate new value streams.
• Focus on unlocking flexibility through effective product marketing, making products understandable, attractive, and actionable, and developing the Developer Portal.
• Lead the implementation of the products and functionalities under your responsibility.
• Challenge design principles, propose technical solutions, and define operational processes.
• Take defined roles in the Product Team’s ceremonies.
• Manage resources and budgets in collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Ensure products and services are developed in line with the digital transformation and platformization strategy.
• Coordinate with other Product Owners regarding product releases for the same customer segment.

Support for Stakeholders

• Support current and future customers in accessing and creating new services tailored to their needs.
• Assist Energy Services Providers in developing new solutions based on services from the Consumer Centricity product cluster.
• Participate in events, conferences, and workshops related to the products and services in scope.
• Collaborate with other actors in the energy sector to develop common approaches and integrated solutions.
• Ensure understanding and implementation in accordance with local (Belgium or Germany) responsibilities and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for digital software products.
• Experience in the energy sector with a good knowledge of the Belgian energy market.
• Excellent communication skills in French, Dutch, and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to integrate technical knowledge and collaborate with technical profiles.
• Experience with developer portals is a significant advantage.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing plans.
• Ability to work in a fast-evolving environment and quickly integrate updates.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to proposing solutions or alternatives.
• Customer-oriented and autonomous.
• Team spirit, intrapreneurial mindset, and results-oriented.
