Your mission at Yuki will be:

You will join our Team ADP as one of our Product Owners. Your mission at Yuki will be to elevate our product by focusing on the automated booking of invoices for our bookkeeping software. You will lead the team, utilizing your expertise in computer science and AI/ML to develop data-driven insights, create effective strategies, and devise detailed roadmaps. Your role will involve overseeing the entire product lifecycle, driving innovation, optimizing processes, and ensuring the delivery of effective and impactful solutions using best practices.


Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product development lifecycle for the automation
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements in the automated booking process.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and the development team.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, GTM, customer support and customer success, to deliver high-quality product features.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to continuously refine the product.
  • Ensure timely delivery of product milestones and manage any arising issues or roadblocks.

You recognize yourself in the following:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a solid understanding of AI/ML technologies.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role within a software development environment.
  • Understanding of bookkeeping processes is an added bonus
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in leading product initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
