What You’ll Do:

• Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor while mentoring junior consultants.
• Strategic Implementation: Collaborate with clients to turn strategic visions into practical, operational models.
• Boost Efficiency: Enhance business processes through in-depth analysis and the integration of automation solutions.
• Align Business & Technology: Ensure that business strategies and architectures are seamlessly integrated with the latest technology solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively engage with diverse stakeholders across various functional areas, ensuring smooth project execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years (7+ years for senior roles) of consulting, business analysis, or project management experience within the insurance sector.
• Leadership: Strong people management skills, with experience in communicating at the C-level.
• Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
• Proactive Mindset: A results-oriented, proactive professional with polished communication skills.
• Adaptability: A flexible, adaptable attitude with a genuine passion for making an impact in the insurance industry.
