We recruit for our Business Unit Enzybel Int. which is part of Natix. Its main facility is located in Villers-Le-Bouillet and also include another facility in Belgium (Lessines) and one in the Nederlands. Products are focused on Natural enzymes, snail extracts, and essential oils.
The Project Engineer (he/she/X) will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects, improving production processes, supporting departments in their continuous improvement initiatives (production, maintenance, QA, QC), and ensuring technology watch across the sites. Upon successful progression, and in the absence of the BUGM, he/she/X will become the operational point of contact for the B.U.
YOUR PROFILE
Education: Industrial Engineer (Master's degree or equivalent), with relevant experience in industrial project management (minimum 3 years).
Key Skills:
· Strong project management skills.
· Knowledge of continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
· Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
· Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with different departments.
· Languages: Fluent in French, minimum C1 level in English, Dutch is an asset.
· Mobility: Travel between Business Unit sites (Villers-le-Bouillet and Lessines in Belgium
and the Netherlands) based on project needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
·Project Management: Design and manage continuous improvement projects across the three production sites of the Business Unit. This includes analyzing needs, coordinating with different departments (QA, production, maintenance), and managing budgets and deadlines (OPEX, CAPEX).
· Process Improvement: Analyze Key performance indicators (KPIs), identify deviations, propose and implement corrective actions.
· Equipment Monitoring: Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure proper functioning of equipment and infrastructure, as well as the implementation of new equipment (from URS to validation).
· Technological Watch: Maintain an active watch on technical innovations to improve site quality and productivity.
· Cross-functional Support: After the learning phase, and in the absence of the BUGM, act as a reference point for the teams.
