Equans in Brussels is looking for a Project Manager Systems.
As Project Manager Systems you operate within the Equans Real Estate Projects and Systems team. Your main mission? Managing access and security on our Be Lux sites: monitoring our security systems, managing upgrade projects, coordinating maintenance and interventions, supporting the project team and site responsible with technical knowledge.

- you are responsible for the well-functioning of our site security systems (badge access, camera’s, mobile receptions,…)
- you report to the Operations Manager and come into contact with colleagues from all fields within our organization
- together with the Operations Manager you are responsible for the further development and follow-up of our site security, and the adjustment of working methods where necessary
- you support the project team in various projects and assist in advancing the projects with your technical expertise
- you coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- together with the Equans Security team you are responsible for the flawless operation of the equipment
- safety is a top priority for us. It is therefore important that you set a good example and promote safety awareness
- as a manager you know how to enthuse people and make them part of our operational excellence program
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO EXCEL IN THIS FUNCTION?
- you have 10 years of experience in management of security systems
- you have a strong technical background and have experience in security systems
- an electrical background is a plus
- you have good knowledge of reporting and reporting tools, such as Excel
- you have knowledge of drawing software, such as Auto CAD and E-plan
- you have strong analytical skills that allow you to make decisions quickly
- you are able to conduct risk assessments to assess the security of our sites and draw up an improvement plan
- operations is in your DNA and there is a great professional drive that enables you to add value to the business
- you are a solid communicator, decisive and a problem solver
- you have a hands-on mentality and a strategic vision
- you like to work on projects
- you have excellent knowledge of Dutch and French in word and writing. Knowledge of English is a plus
