We are looking for a Project Support Admin to support at a customer site in Sint-Stevens-Woluwe. The projects you will be involved with include:

• TME Recommended Paint Supplier Program: Set up new agreements with selected suppliers, manage collaboration, and roll out the program across 30 markets.
• Cosmetic Repairs: Develop technical and commercial solutions for implementation in all 30 markets, in collaboration with paint suppliers and through active investigation to create a comprehensive solution.
• Body & Paint Certification Program: Collaborate with Body & Paint experts and training development agencies to create an updated training curriculum for technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project management activities for small to medium-sized projects, including administrative tasks.
• Exhibit a proactive mindset with a self-motivated approach to tasks.
• Apply solution-oriented and creative thinking to overcome challenges.
• Work effectively as part of a team of five, maintaining frequent touchpoints.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues across all European markets.

Profile:

• Experience in managing small to medium-sized projects, with strong administrative skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Creative problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
• Good communication skills for collaboration with suppliers and colleagues across Europe.
