SQL Server Database Administrator- Brussels, Belgium

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the current database setup and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan, build, and configure new SQL Server environments.
- Manage the migration of databases from version 2012 to 2019.
- Coordinate with end users to ensure a smooth migration process.
- Collaborate with different teams (infrastructure, applications) to ensure alignment.
- Provide a proper handover to the support team after the migration.
- Expertise with SQL Server (SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, MDS).
- Strong understanding of database internals, queries, schema structures, and linked servers.
- Experience with Windows Server.
- Knowledge of infrastructure components like monitoring, virtualization, storage, and networking.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Brussels: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
