Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are looking for a skilled Projects Scheduler to manage three key projects with activities in France, Belgium, Germany, and China for a strategic customer. This role requires a proactive individual who can meet the deadlines of multiple consolidated projects by creating and managing schedules within Microsoft Project in close collaboration with technical experts and the Project Manager.Your Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of the scheduling process with our suppliers/customers.
- Analyze and challenge schedules (Supplier, Customer, Internal) and adapt and feed the corresponding indicators.
- Participate in the preparation of proofs of delays/non-delays in the litigation process with our suppliers/customers.
- Support the project team during dispute meetings on deadlines with the customer or suppliers.
- Evaluate current processes and recommend changes to improve planning efficiency.
- Collect and analyze all necessary information to plan projects.
- List and sequence all activities according to WBS and durations (standard or estimated).
- Identify and include external interfaces (Customers, Suppliers...).
- Implement progress update rituals through the various departments involved in the project.
- Generate forecasts, backlog reports, advances, and any other useful documentation to track and manage projects.
- Analyze the critical path, highlight delays, and suggest options to reduce risks.
- Verify schedule consistency with delivery dates.
- Identify and resolve issues that lead to scheduling errors.
- Analyze the impact of a change request.
- Challenge the organization to control and reduce delays Understand and use standardized planning methods and tools.
- Collaborate with the schedulers community within Industry and Environment sectors and under the coordination of the PMO Scheduler to propose and implement standardized planning solutions and best practices.
- Master's degree in project management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project scheduling in an industrial environment.
- Certification as a PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Project.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical experts and project managers.
