In this role, you are the lynchpin in recruiting and selecting top candidates for our clients and partners. You understand exactly what they need and know how to effortlessly translate that into concrete solutions by finding and placing the perfect professionals.

What will you do?

• Recruit top candidates: You are an expert in identifying and selecting the best professionals for our clients, with a focus on Microsoft Azure and M365 environments.
• Strengthen client relationships: You build strong, long-term relationships with our customers and partners. Regular consultations help you understand their needs and challenges and support them proactively.
• Consultancy and advice: You will provide targeted advice on the best solutions and candidates to meet our customers' specific needs.
• Drive sales activities: You will actively contribute to the growth of our client base by generating new leads and seizing business opportunities.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on finding and selecting professionals for various companies.
• Having knowledge of Microsoft Cloud can enhance your job performance, and it's also essential to have the ability to translate technical customer needs into identifying the right candidates.
• Experience with Linked In Recruiter is a must; experience with other platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, results-oriented attitude.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
