Job description
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development Director for APAC to develop a go-to-market strategy for the South Korean market.
  • Identify key stakeholders and gather valuable market insights.
  • Determine optimal sales channels and cultivate strategic relationships.
  • Define and implement a tailored marketing strategy for South Korea.
  • Provide weekly reports on key customer and prospect developments.
  • Follow up with key prospects and existing customers in South Korea.
  • Drive sales growth in the South Korean market.

Profile
  • You have a driven and ambitious intrapreneurial spirit, a market-oriented mindset and strong business insight.
  • You are curious and eager to learn about highly technical products and their applications, with experience in the technical textiles sector being a plus!
  • You excel as a team player and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • You enjoy autonomy and take ownership of your responsibilities. Delivering results is your priority!
  • You are highly organized and work in a structured manner.
  • You are punctual and disciplined in following up with prospects and customers.
  • You have 8+ years of experience in B2B Business Development or Sales.
  • You are fluent in Korean and proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • You have experience in the technical textiles industry or a related field, which is preferred.
