You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. This hybrid role will involve both marketing and sales activities, with a focus on driving growth and establishing strong relationships with customers across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will spend 50% of their time in customer-facing activities and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that combine the responsibilities of Key Account Management (KAM) and Branding.
Key Accountabilities
  • Marketing Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement EMEA marketing strategies to promote our products.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and a competitive landscape.
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and trade shows.
  • Sales and Customer Relationship Management:
    • Identify and target key accounts within the EMEA region.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other key stakeholders.
    • Lead regional business by developing sales of products and improving market share
  • Hybrid Role Responsibilities:
    • Balance marketing and sales activities to ensure a cohesive approach to market growth.
    • Spend 50% of the time in customer-facing activities (such as congresses, presentations, and site visits) and at least 1 day a week at the office required
    • Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required. MBA or Graduate Degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry required.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth.
  • Strong understanding of the radiopharmaceutical market and its regulatory environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within the EMEA region as required (minimum 40%)
  • Fluent in English required and another language preferable
