Clayton of Belgium is the head office for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia) and has been providing environmentally conscious process steam solutions for 60 years.

A nice addition to your future job is that Clayton of Belgium is going to build a new company building with production space and offices in the near future. This will be located next to our existing factory.
All new lifting and loading techniques will be available. A modern factory with the necessary equipment and test facilities to produce the Clayton product for many years to come.

Your Duties:
- As Export Sales Manager Africa you are part of our EMEA Sales department.
- You are responsible for commercial development on the African continent.
- Your entrepreneurial approach encourages you to explore new leads and closely monitor potential business opportunities.
- You implement strategies and tactics to achieve sales and financial objectives for the assigned territory.

You are able to plan and schedule your time independently and report internally on a regular basis.
You maintain close contacts with customers, distribution partners and prospects and continuously build good long-term relationships with customers in the market for which you are responsible.
Your profile:
- A technical bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent through experience
- International experience and willingness to travel (15-30%)
- This position requires great flexibility and strategic thinking.
- Sales driven, result oriented, strong problem solving skills.
- You are able to plan and schedule your time independently and report internally on a regular basis.
- Depending on your experience and knowledge, you will receive a customized training program before stepping into an exciting and varied job in an international company.
