JB Andrews is partnering with a global logistics company to help them embark on a major mission to establish a substantial global freight forwarding organisation. We are working with the Senior Vice President – Freight Forwarding Europe and he plans to build branches in strategic hubs across Europe, and Antwerp is one of them.
The role:
- Establish, build, and drive the sales activity for the newly created Antwerp branch from scratch.
- Full responsibility for the sales activity for the branch’s Air & Sea Freight activity
- Manage & lead of team of Inside Sales Executives with the view of building a team .
- Drive growth of the products.
- Support the regional / global network.
- Establish best practice and modernise the business.
The Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree educated or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the freight forwarding industry.
- Proven success and experience within the Antwerp.
- Experienced in setting up or growing freight forwarding branches would be advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
