Sales Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Ethnicraft strives to build strong partnership with our customers. We do everything we can to make them enthusiastic promoters of our company and brand. The sales department has an important role in achieving these goals.
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager who will further establish the Ethnicraft Brand in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (German-speaking region).
Responsibilities:

• Growing existing partnerships
• Conduct market research and analysis to find new business and client opportunities
• Developing new partnerships
• Customer service and after-sales support
• Follow-up of commercial actions
• Visit clients / prospects and actively participate at international trade fairs
• General administration and reporting

Profile

• You have a bachelor’s degree. A master’s degree is a plus
• You are fluent in German (oral and written) and have a good knowledge of Dutch, English and/or French
• You have a commercial mindset and enjoy interacting with professional / international customers
• You are willing to travel and participate in fairs
• You have excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills
• You have experience working in a CRM (like Hubspot or Salesforce)
• You are detail-oriented and can work analytically; a strong knowledge of Excel is an asset
• You are flexible, results driven and can easily adapt in a fast-paced environment
• You have a strong interest in interior design, furniture and architecture. Experience in the furniture industry is a plus
