B2C Growth Marketeer
At Ethnicraft we design, manufacture and distribute timeless furniture and handcrafted accessories for over twenty-five years. The Ethnicraft group is a dynamic, international company with 4 offices, 4 distribution centres and 2 showrooms across Europe, Asia and North America.
As part of the marketing department, based in Boom (Belgium), we are looking for a B2C Growth Marketer to build and engage our end-consumer community, grow brand awareness, and drive direct-to-consumer initiatives. Working closely with the Brand Manager, PR & SOME Manager and our internal creative team.
Key responsibilities:
- B2C Community Building & Growth:

• Define, plan, budget and implement strategies to grow and engage our end-consumer community.
• Develop initiatives to enhance end-customer engagement and brand loyalty

- Campaign Management:

• Project manage B2C-focused marketing campaigns in collaboration with our internal creative agency, SOME & PR manager, digital marketing and sales teams.
• Lead & coordinate campaign execution across various channels (on paid and organic channels: social media, email, website, press, etc.)
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

- PR Strategy:

• Work closely with the PR Manager to define and execute PR strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and authority within the B2C space.
• Leverage partnerships, media relationships, and influencer collaborations to drive visibility.

- Email Marketing:

• Manage and grow the B2C email database.
• Plan and execute email campaigns to communicate with and engage the end-consumer community.
• Analyse and optimize email performance to improve engagement and conversion.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Communication or Marketing, preferably in a B2B2C retail environment.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate campaigns and initiatives across multiple teams.
• Experience in community building and consumer engagement including email marketing, digital marketing, and campaign management.
• Ability to report on campaign and community growth performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
• Knowledge of marketing (analytics) tools: Looker Studio, Google analytics, Hub Spot is a plus.
• Experience in the furniture or home goods industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of English and French / Dutch
