To further accelerate our growth in the Belgian SAP HR market, SD Worx is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional focused on SAP solutions within payroll, time & HR. Your Role
As a Business Development Manager (M/F), you will be at the heart of our SAP growth strategy in Belgium. Your mission is to identify and manage complex business opportunities, focusing on high-profile Belgian and international accounts. With your market expertise in HXM, strong network, and the support of our partner SAP, you will build a portfolio of strategic opportunities and drive sustainable growth.

Your Role
As a Business Development Manager (M/F), you will be at the heart of our SAP growth strategy in Belgium. Your mission is to identify and manage complex business opportunities, focusing on high-profile Belgian and international accounts. With your market expertise in HXM, strong network, and the support of our partner SAP, you will build a portfolio of strategic opportunities and drive sustainable growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline, transforming sales leads into strategic wins.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
- Create and execute a targeted business action plan to achieve and exceed targets.
- Navigate and manage extended sales cycles to close major deals.
- Forge deep partnerships within the SAP ecosystem to ensure long-term success.
- Proven track record in complex sales (Consulting Selling) with major international accounts.
- Highly proactive and results-oriented with a focus on driving business growth
- Expertise in high-level negotiations, managing long sales cycles with confidence and C-level approach
- Experience in Human Resources, with a strong advantage in selling HRIS and payroll solutions.
- Solid understanding of the SAP & Success Factors landscape.
- Fluent in French and Dutch, with excellent skills English.
- A highly motivated and dynamic professional with a natural talent for networking
