To support us on this journey, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Officer. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing technical support, improving sales processes, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple sales channels. If you're passionate about sales, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide timely assistance to resolve technical issues that arise in the various sales channels, including tools and processes.
- Sales Channel Coordination: Work closely with internal sales teams (resellers, field sales, shops, inside sales) to ensure smooth operations across all channels.
- Training & Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding and training of new channel partners and internal teams, ensuring they understand sales tools, processes, and product offerings.
- Customer Service Alignment: Coordinate with customer service to ensure that inquiries or issues related to sales activities are promptly addressed, and communicate resolutions to all stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the sales process whilst working with IT, helping to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and ongoing projects to help improve internal processes and share insights with the team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, IT, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales support, technical support, or a customer service role is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of internal IT tools and systems (e.g., CRM platforms).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Preferably fluent in French, Dutch and English.
