We are seeking an experienced SAP Manager to join our Project Management & Delivery team. As an SAP Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of SAP projects, ensuring they meet our clients' strategic objectives. You will lead a team of consultants and collaborate closely with clients to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Your role will involve both strategic oversight and hands-on project management to ensure the highest quality of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Lead and manage end-to-end SAP project delivery, from initial planning to execution and closure.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and clients to communicate project updates, risks, and issues.

Team Leadership:

Mentor and manage a team of SAP consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional development and growth.
Coordinate with other Deloitte teams and departments to leverage internal expertise and resources.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.
Understand clients' business needs and objectives, and tailor SAP solutions to meet their requirements.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality, value-added services and solutions.

Technical Expertise:

Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies, methodologies, and industry trends.
Provide expert advice on SAP best practices, system architecture, and integration strategies.
Oversee the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with Deloitte's quality standards.
Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.

Let's talk about you

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP project management and delivery, preferably within a consulting environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale SAP projects, including full lifecycle implementations.
Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM) and integration points.
Excellent project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
