As a Senior Technical Marketeer at Melexis, you will play a vital role in driving the company's growth through the development of relevant technical and customer content marketing activities, maintaining and updating our marketing strategies. You will be responsible for creating and managing accurate online and offline collateral materials in collaboration with our Business Unit. Your expertise will extend to advising product marketing managers on effective strategies to promote products in their respective markets and driving implementation needs alongside other colleagues in the Brand & Communications team. You will act as a brand ambassador for Melexis products, creating initial content for new products to ensure each product receives the necessary attention.
More specifically, you will
- Act as the focal point for different stakeholders in the Business Unit to optimize their advertising efforts through marketing communication initiatives. Staying up-to-date of internal and external developments in different market segments.
- Ensure the accuracy of all externally used product communication materials, including datasheets, product flyers, whitepapers, application sheets, etc.
- Identify gaps in the current product/customer communication offerings and develop a plan to bridge these gaps.
- Develop tactics to influence the decision-making process at the customer's end, generating more interest and sales leads in both the Adjacent and Automotive fields.
- In collaboration with the Global Technical Marketeer, you will strengthen global marketing communication efforts at the distributor level by creating tailored communication materials.
- Monitor and report on competitor marketing initiatives to stay ahead in the market.
- Provide regular reports on the progress and impact of customer communication improvements.

- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in comparable or related positions. Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.
- Excellent project management skills to efficiently handle marketing initiatives.
- Proficient understanding of Melexis products and customer information needs.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Sitecore) /Sales Force to manage customer data effectively.
- A continuous improvement mindset to drive ongoing enhancements in marketing efforts.
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, while maintaining a customer-centric focus.
- Skilled in managing sensitive data and information, ensuring accuracy, precision, and organization.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience in B2B Marketing, preferably within the microelectronics sector.
