• Deliver comprehensive training sessions to customers on ADB SAFEGATE technologies.

• Support engineering activities by assisting in product commissioning and installation.

• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain operational efficiency.

• Provide technical support to customers and colleagues as needed.

• Collaborate with project, bid, sales, and customer care managers to understand service requirements for projects.
  
  

• Master's degree in industrial engineering, bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic or automation engineering, or associate in electrical/Electronic or Automation Engineering Technology.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with AGL and gate solutions or similar technologies.

• 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role.

• Proven knowledge of health and safety rules, particularly in electrical safety.

• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications, Sharepoint, Team, Visio.

• Basic knowledge of Confluence, MS Power BI & Analytics, Acrobat Pro, Field Bus Technology, network and communication technology - TCP/IP, and programming languages.
• Up to 40% international travel will be required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with AGL and gate solutions or similar technologies.

• Strong communication skills
  
  

• Professional level of English (Written, Read and Speaking)

• Good knowledge of French and Dutch is required.

• Spanish, German, or any other language will be an asset.
