Our client is looking for a Service Now technical consultant already based in Belgium to join their team of 5-6 CMDB project members. This is a large project with multiple data sources that is managed internally through the customer. See below in broad strokes what they can look for:
Job description: Service Now CMDB Analyst
Role and tasks:

• Populate CMDB data from authoritative sources (SCCM, service graph, discovery)
• Create data import scripts and set up new standard data import according to Service Now best practice using IRE.
• Assess and provide advice on Configuration Item (CI) class management.
• Set up the CMDB health dashboard and CMDB workspace.
• Provide guidance on the implementation of the identification and reconciliation engine (IRE)

Requirements:

• Have strong functional skills and relevant experience with the Service Now platform.
• Have knowledge and experience with populating, managing and utilizing Service Now CMDB/CSDM.
• Have good analytical, project management, problem-solving and communication skills
• Speak English (Dutch or French is a huge plus)
• Be a team player.
• Candidate must already be located in Belgium
