Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Business Developer with proven experience in selling Service Now solutions . Ideal candidates should have a solid track record of selling advanced services in the Belgian market, a deep understanding of Service Now, ITIL frameworks, and their business applications, as well as a solution-oriented approach to customer relations.
As the Experienced Service Now Sales Business Developer at Devoteam, you will drive new business opportunities, acquire new customers, and enhance the value of our existing customer relationships.
In this role, you’ll work to increase awareness , promote the adoption of Service Now solutions, and drive business growth. You will have a significant impact on strategic planning, execution, and new account acquisition.
- Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales within Service Now or similar technologies with at least 5 years in complex multi-level engagements
- Strong record in managing corporate accounts with C-level access & experience
- Ability to build executive relationships with customers , influence their long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted Service Now advisor
- Expertise in creating and executing account plans, resulting in a robust pipeline of Service Now opportunities
- Ability to identify and qualify use cases for Service Now solutions, articulating key differentiators and business value
- Experience managing multiple opportunities through the entire sales cycle , working with cross-functional teams including Service Now developers, ITIL specialists, and cloud architects
- You will be responsible for driving customer engagement and adoption in all Service Now-related activities
- A strong network within the Belgian market is an asset
- Commitment to self-development and staying up to date with the latest Service Now trends
- Team player who can inspire passion, vision, and energy in the full Devoteam ecosystem
- Fluency in Dutch or French, and English (Mandatory)
