To strengthen our team, we are currently sourcing a marketing executive.
On our journey towards a smoke free future, the development and performance of Smoke Free Products (SFP) Categories plays an important role. To equip the team for the challenges and opportunities ahead of us, we are opening a position for a Marketing Executive SFP to join the Brand Marketing & Portfolio team.
You will lead the deployment of Brand Engagement activities in the field, ensure quality implementation via new arising marketing field force and coordinate projects between the HQ and external cooperation partners. The role is critical in realizing the deployment of the brand engagement strategy. The position requires a broad company-, process- and consumer-knowledge along the entire consumer journey and a solid experience managing various key stakeholders internally as well as externally (Agencies, Venue & Collaboration Partners).

Responsibilities of the role:
- Coordinate and deploy the IQOS Brand Engagement Strategy concepts
- Successfully lead the deployment of Brand Engagement activities in the field
- Ensure the successful implementation of product launches and/or marketing activities.
- Own communication with SFP deployment teams to ensure its stakeholders are aware of brand and/or portfolio initiatives
- Support creative trade marketing initiatives in order to create impact at the point of sale in line with brand
- Plan, support and supervise the implementation of Brand Engagement Programs to reinforce image communication in line with brand strategies and positioning
- Guide and steer deployment agencies to ensure that project scopes are clearly defined linking the project to the brand strategy
- Ensure and manage that field force are fully trained regarding any promotional activation, brand positioning and key messages to ensure the most effective in-market execution of marketing activities nationwide
- Support in effective collaboration with global brand communications communities
You’ll be our ideal candidate if you:
- A minimum of 3 years Marketing and Brand communication development experience in FMCG/PMI or agencies, experience with Brand Engagements (Events/Horeca) is a plus
- Basic network in engagement communities, i.e. Event & Nightlife, Fashion, Art, Movie & Media is a plus
- Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or similar
- Strong consumer focused mindset.
- Strong collaboration skills and enjoying working in a cross-functional team.
- Fluent in Dutch, German and/or French are a plus.

What will the selection process look like?
Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews.
In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development.
