Let’s talk about the main tasks and responsibilities
- You are part of an enthusiastic Talent team and contribute to Deloitte’s Simply Irresistible Organisation strategy.
- As a Talent Officer, you will work with the Talent team to ensure all employee lifecycle and operational processes run as smoothly as possible.
- Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
- You will manage the Operations processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, coach allocations, etc.
- You will provide support during onboarding Welcome Days and present HR topics to the team of new joiners.
- You will support the People & Purpose Lead in preparing slides for management meetings.
- You will support the Talent team on HR projects and administration.
- You will provide HR data support.
- You will manage the general Talent mailbox and respond to queries and requests for information (you are the first point of contact for Talent related topics within the practice).
- You will implement and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with company guidelines.
- You will assist with the performance management process.
- You will coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as employee surveys, teambuilding activities.
- You stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of HR processes.
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree with an HR, Business Administration or other relevant orientation.
- You have 2-5 years of relevant experience in a HR Generalist or HR Officer role; experience in a relevant business environment (like professional services) is an asset.
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Together with good analytical skills and accuracy, you are flexible and adapt quickly to changing environments.
- Furthermore, you are a true team player, thriving on supporting the business, working together with your colleagues and learning on the job.
- You have a sound professional knowledge of English, Dutch and/or French, and have an excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
