About the role

With your team, you ensure the timely and correct preparation of quotations.
You are the bridge between the customers and the various departments internally and you will maintain the customer network and closely follow up on projects.

Main responsibilities

You prepare price calculations and follow-up calculations of laser bending and welding work.
You’ll train and supervise your team, monitor, and adjust their work where necessary.
Together with the draftsmen, you will help the customer with practical advice.
In addition to developing products, you will work out quotations. Supervises achievement of target production output, quality specifications with focus on customer satisfaction.
Maintain daily contacts with the various departments within the organization.
Responsible for determining efficient working methods and production processes.
SPOC for clients in relation with orders, not yet received, modification or delivery arrangements.
Actively reports violations and incidents within the quality management system.
You ensure that the customer is assisted with technical advice and make proposals to optimize the production process.

Experience & qualifications
If you want to be successful in this role, you’ll need to:

• Have a Master (Engineering) or Equivalent experience: 2-5 years
• Strong Technical understanding with Affinity for Metal
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Be Client focused, always seek the solution fit for the client, without losing Leviat’s Interest out of site.
• Mastering Dutch, French and English at a professional level
• See solutions and putting the team first.
• Thanks to your experience, your colleagues can always rely on your technical knowledge for complex issues
• Continuously keeps himself informed of evolutions and developments in the field of production
