Here’s What You’ll Dive Into

• On-site Installation: Install and configure telecom equipment, including routers, switches, modems, and wireless systems at our customers.
  
• Technical Support & Service: Provide excellent support and service by explaining technical details in simple terms, like “when it is best to use the 2.4Ghz wifi connection and when to use the 5Ghz”.
  
• Teamwork: Together with the team of technicians and project managers you’re responsible for ensuring quality and excellent customer service.
  
• Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and quickly diagnose and repair any issues in the field, minimizing downtime for customers.
  
• Compliance & Safety: Follow all safety protocols and ensure installations comply with standards and regulations.
  
• Site Visits & Installations: Travel to various job sites across the area of West- and East-Flanders.
  

Must Have Qualities & Talents

• Experience in telecom installation.
  
• Valid Proximus certification.
  
• Accurate, precise and independent mindset and way of working.
  
• Profound understanding of internet applications (e-mail, browser, networks, etc.)
  
• Driver’s license B, and willingness to travel across Flanders, Belgium.
  
• Flexibility and resilience are crucial in a customer-oriented environment.
  
• Strong communicative skills, both in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
