About the job

In your future role as Service Now Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, implementation, and integrity of the Service Now platform, ensuring it aligns with business goals and technical best practices.

In your future role as Service Now Specialist you will

• 
  Lead the architecture and design of Service Now solutions to meet business and technical requirements
• Oversee the execution of Service Now development and configuration projects, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and junior members while supporting technical governance processes.
• Work closely with business process owners to ensure Service Now solutions meet operational needs and drive end-user adoption.
• Analyze platform performance and identify opportunities for improvement to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure Service Now solutions.

We believe you bring

• 
  Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in technical area of expertise
• Experience in Service Now configuration
• Expertise in integrations (APIs, JDBC, file-based parsers) and Service Portal development
• Knowledge in ITMS, HRSD, SPM and App Engine Applications

Great if you have

• 
  Service Now Certificated System Administrator
• Service Now Certified Application Developer
• Service Now certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management
