Sobre a oportunidade:
We are seeking a highly intelligent and driven BD/CS Analyst with a strong background in Business Development and Customer Success. This mid-level role is perfect for someone based in Brazil who has previously worked in a BD capacity and is now interested in combining that expertise with Customer Success responsibilities. The ideal candidate will focus on generating leads, building connections, and driving business in the US market.Responsabilidades:
- Execute continuous business development initiatives while supporting Customer Success activities.
- Focus on the US territory with an emphasis on T&M (Time & Materials) model engagements.
- Identify and secure new meetings and build a strong professional network.
- Assist with sending resumes, coordinating interviews, and other recruitment-related tasks.
- Manage and expand relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to potential and current clients.
- Support the sales team by contributing to new business generation strategies.
Qualificações necessárias:
- Previous experience in Business Development, particularly in the US market, with a strong focus on T&M.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business needs.
- A strong academic background.
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality — able to bring or develop new accounts independently.
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative.
