Come be part of the EMIT Department of Exxon Mobil Business Support Center Brasil Ltda. at our Global Business Center (GBC) in Curitiba, with more than 21 years of presence in the country and a workforce of ~1800 employees, that provides support to an extensive portfolio of businesses across the globe. Our offices are located in Brazil, USA, Europe and Asia.
What role you will play in our team
The CIT GO&S Safety team at Exxon Mobil is looking for a Business Analyst to join an exciting team and work for our organization which is responsible for critical and important safety applications impacting all Exxon Mobil businesses and employees around the world.
What you will do
Daily activities:
- Interreact with customer understanding their needs/problems and enhancements request
- Understand the business process in order to provide solutions
- Extract and fix data (Intermediate SQL)
- Administrate applications
- Run scripts (basic coding)
- Participate on team meetings to prioritize/refine work and processes
About you
Mandatory Skills:
- SQL/Oracle
- SQL Manager
- ADO
- Azure Basic
- Agile Scrum/Kamban
- Service Now management
- Client Support
- Communication/English Advanced/fluent
- Process Mapping Interpretation
- Processing Mapping Improvement
- Database Performance Optimization
- Project Analysis
- Systems & Data Analysis
- Familiarity with Tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Basic PHP, C#, C and C++, SQL, HTML, no SQL
