We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to join our team and lead our company group to new heights in São Paulo, Brazil. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring that our company meets its ambitious goals. In this role, you will:
  • Develop, execute, and assess top business strategies that will drive company growth.
  • Ensure the financial health of operations in the country.
  • Be fully accountable for profit and loss.
  • Lead and coordinate local teams, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Be part of recruitment, training, and development team to contribute to strengthening our workforce with talents.
  • Fulfill sales and cost goals set by the Head of the regions.
  • Prepare, adapt, and organize the internal systems and training for the employees.
  • Partner with the global HR team and other stakeholders to maintain office policies as necessary.
  • Prepare and approve contracts with clients following applicable national laws.
  • Customize global strategies to fit local market conditions, cultural nuances, and consumer behavior.
  • Represent the company professionally and maintain employer brand image within the local community.

What we expect of you:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of office/company management experience.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English language skills (both spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures.
  • Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting, local law, data, and administrative management practices and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse cultures, global matrix structure and adapt messages accordingly.
  • To be familiar with regional regulatory compliance.
  • Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead.

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive base salary that will depend on your skillset and expertise in the field. We also have a competitive commission structure.
