Resumo do cargo:
Posição responsável pelos processos seletivos de ponta a ponta das vagas de estágio de Customer Development, além de dar suporte ao desenvolvimento dos estagiários. Também responsável por atender a outras demandas de desenvolvimento e treinamento da área.
Principais responsabilidades:
- Liderar o processo de recrutamento e seleção de Estagiários de Customer Development;
- Responsável pelas parcerias com instituições estudantis, tanto para atração de talentos quanto para beneficios/descontos;
- Atuar junto ao time apoiando o Programa de Desenvolvimento e Retenção de Estagiários;
- Controlar o headcount de estagiários;
- Suporte a atividades relacionadas a Treinamentos e Onboarding de funcionários;
- Suporte a comunicação interna de pautas de Recursos Humanos;
- Apoiar no desenvolvimeto de iniciativas relacionadas ao treinamento e desenvolvimento do time comercial (Mentoring, Learning Series, STA, etc);
- Dar suporte na identificação das necessidades de treinamento para todos os níveis da Cia.
- Fazer follow up de status de treinamentos mandatórios garantindo que todos sejam feitos no prazo;
- Participação ativa nos projetos de Diversidade - contratação, acompanhamento, desenvolvimento;
- Suporte em processos administrativos da área de desenvolvimento como: pagamentos, atualizações em sistema, divulgação de movimentações internas, entre outros.
Requisitos necessários:
1. Cursando Ensino Superior, preferencialmente Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia - período noturno - previsão de termino a partir de Dez/2026
3. Possibilidade de estagiar 6h/dia, das 09h00 às 16h00;
4. Inglês intermediário
5. Disponibilidade para trabalhar remotamente (espaço, rede wi-fi)
6. Vontade de aprender, boa comunicação, pró-atividade, organização, responsabilidade e atenção nos processos
Requisitos desejáveis:
1. Conhecimento de Excel
2. Conhecimento de GSuite (Ferramentas Google)
