You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives

You will:
  • Ensure a maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities.
  • Point of buying materials placement and implementation.
  • Report on activities.

Requisitos
  • Experiência em vendas ou em áreas comerciais, preferencialmente em empresas do setor de bens de consumo;
  • Experiência com Canal de Distribuição e Atacado
  • Ensino Superior Completo;
  • Domínio das ferramentas: Power BI, Pacote Office (Excel, Power Point);
  • Experiência sólida em análise de dados de vendas, com ênfase em Power BI e Excel;
  • Capacidade comprovada na condução de reuniões de negócios internas e com clientes (JVC/JBP);
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar integralmente em campo, cobrindo as regiões de Recife(PE) e João Pessoa (PB)
  • Flexibilidade para viagens;
  • Possuir CNH Categoria B;
  • Atenção aos detalhes e Comunicação oral e escrita interpessoal altamente desenvolvida;
  • Conhecimento Neogrid será um diferencial

Atividades
  • A posição tem o desafio de acelerar o desenvolvimento, a execução e crescimento da Área fortalecendo, através dos pilares Mondelez e o relacionamento com os clientes as regiões de Recife(PE) e João Pessoa (PB)
  • Assegurar o alcance das metas e objetivos estabelecidos para a carteira/região atendida;
  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias eficazes de Sell In e Sell-out para impulsionar a distribuição, visibilidade e vendas dos produtos;
  • Desenvolver plano de melhoria para atendimento dos clientes;
  • Treinamento da equipe de vendas para o cliente
  • Reuniões mensais de resultados
  • Analisar o Report de Indicadores para acompanhar o atingimento da meta estabelecida;
  • Manter-se atualizado no mercado propondo novas abordagens comerciais e novas oportunidades de modo a rentabilizar as vendas;
