What You Will Do:

Business Intelligence Manager will be part of Business Analytics team. This position will be instrumental in the development of insights and analysis to guide action plans throughout the organization.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Strategy Development: Design and implement data analytics strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives, ensuring the effective use of data to drive business decisions.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, ensuring they have the skills and tools necessary to perform their roles effectively.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Advanced Analytics: Apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and other advanced analytical techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business growth and efficiency.
• Technology Integration: Stay updated with the latest analytics tools and technologies, and recommend or implement new solutions that can enhance the organization’s data capabilities.
• Project Management: Lead analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the proper use, security, and privacy of data across the organization.
• Performance Measurement: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:
Required:

• 4 years of work experience, with expertise at Business Intelligence, Analytics & Insights, Market Research, Consulting or related experiences
• Highly analytical and adaptive mindsets, with proven background as problem-solver.
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Familiarity with data preparation and visualization tools
• Excellent presentation skills
• English: advanced or fluent level

Preferred:

• Considerable knowledge of FMCG industry

• Knowledge in SQL will be a plus

• Knowledge in Python, R, or other data and programming related languages will be a plus

• Knowledge of market research data will be a plus
