Gerente de Projetos SAP

Estamos em busca de um Gerente de Projetos SAP experiente para liderar e gerenciar a implementação de projetos SAP em nossa organização. O candidato ideal será responsável por garantir que os projetos sejam entregues no prazo, dentro do orçamento e com a qualidade esperada, além de coordenar equipes multifuncionais e interagir com stakeholders.

Responsabilidades:

• Planejar, executar e finalizar projetos SAP de acordo com prazos e orçamentos estabelecidos.

• Definir o escopo do projeto, metas e entregáveis, colaborando com stakeholders para garantir alinhamento.

• Gerenciar a equipe do projeto, incluindo a alocação de recursos, tarefas e responsabilidades.

• Monitorar e reportar o progresso do projeto, identificando e mitigando riscos e problemas.

• Garantir a qualidade das entregas do projeto, realizando revisões e testes necessários.

• Facilitar a comunicação entre as equipes técnicas e de negócios, assegurando que os requisitos sejam compreendidos e atendidos.

• Conduzir reuniões de status do projeto e preparar relatórios para a alta gestão.

Requisitos:

• Experiência comprovada em gerenciamento de projetos SAP +7 anos.

• Conhecimento profundo dos módulos SAP e suas integrações.

• Habilidade para gerenciar múltiplos projetos simultaneamente.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e liderança.

• Certificação PMP ou equivalente é um diferencial.

• Graduação em áreas relacionadas à Tecnologia da Informação, Administração ou afins.

• Inglês avançado

Diferenciais:

• Experiência em projetos internacionais.

• Certificação SAP.

• Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban).

• Espanhol intermediário

• Ter atuado como funcional em outras oportunidades.
