Responsibilities:
  • Conduct recruitment for technology and corporate positions both in Brazil and internationally, ensuring a high-quality selection process.
  • Perform market mapping and salary research to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Identify and leverage new market trends to contribute to the innovation and continuous improvement of Grupo Hub.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on technology and/or corporate roles.
  • International recruitment experience is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of market mapping, salary research, and trend analysis.
  • Advanced or Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and clients across various levels and cultures.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
