A leading multinational provider of cloud mobility solutions to multiply the productivity of sales and trade marketing teams in the field, we are selected by market leaders as a strategic partner for the implementation and execution of corporate strategies. Currently, our clients are spread around the world, and MC1 is constantly expanding to serve them all.
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to work in the Payroll and HR department in key countries such as Brazil, Mexico, the United States, and Europe, servicing approximately 500 employees. This role is crucial for promoting efficiency and compliance, and provides a unique opportunity to elevate our operational standards through automation and digitalization.

Responsibilities:

Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure the closure and reviews of payroll are accurate, meeting deadlines and fiscal regulations.
Relationship and Collaboration: Develop and maintain constructive relationships with suppliers and partners, while closely collaborating with internal teams, such as Legal and Accounting, to mitigate risks and optimize practices.
Legal and Administrative Oversight: Oversee collective agreements and compliance with labor legislation, in addition to managing administrative tasks such as hiring, vacations, and terminations.

Who We Are Looking For:

Proficiency in English.
Extensive experience in Payroll and personnel administration, with specific knowledge of Brazilian legislation and an understanding of international regulations.
Skills in payroll accounting and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to communicate effectively, leadership skills, and the ability to work in dynamic and multicultural environments.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
Certification in Agile Methodology will be considered a differential.
