As
Industry Verticals Leader - Natural Resources
, you will lead and bring together the respective industry within Aon across Brazil.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our São Paulo office (Brazil).

What the day will look like
As Industry Verticals Leader - Natural Resources , you will be responsible for:
- Build a personal and company brand, and make it visible in the market.
- Support the solution line for industry revenue growth.
- Develop and complete an industry marketing plan to key events.
- Craft cross solution line industry insight, innovation and thought leadership.
- Influence and oversight of the largest industry clients in the country - placement, rollover and retention.
- Participate on monthly calls and regular in person meetings with the in-country network.
- Identify key solution line specialty to improve offering for the industry.
- Ensure the industry business plan is performed as planed with the agreed timelines.
- Bachelor's degree. MBA is preferable.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English. A good level of Spanish would be an advantage.
- Specific sector expertise in Oil & Gas, Power or Mining.
