Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Power BI Developer with a strong background in database management and data visualization to join our team. You will play a key role in assembling data from an existing data lake and delivering insightful reports that drive decision-making within the organization.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Power BI Developer with a strong background in database management and data visualization to join our team. You will play a key role in assembling data from an existing data lake and delivering insightful reports that drive decision-making within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for the business.
- Collaborate closely with the client’s CTO to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Analyze and assemble data from the existing data lake, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Understand the underlying database structures and be able to manipulate and query data effectively.
- Participate in a hands-on assessment involving project to demonstrate your capabilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and Power BI development.
- Knowledge of the insurance and financial industry is crucial.
- Familiarity with data lakes and experience in data assembly and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English is a must since the entire daily routine will be conducted in English.
- Ability to work independently throughout the entire project lifecycle, including requirements discovery, development, and testing.
