Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to support cross-departmental insights and reporting needs.

• Leverage Snowflake and other data tools to optimize data integration, modeling, and performance for robust analytics.

• Partner with various business units to gather requirements, translating them into data solutions aligned with strategic goals.

• Support the Insights team in scaling operations by managing large datasets and ensuring data consistency and reliability.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to generate high-impact visualizations that enable informed decision-making.

• Contribute to enhancing data governance processes and standards to support organizational growth.

• Continuously monitor Power BI implementations to identify opportunities for improvement in performance and scalability.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Power BI Data Analyst or similar role.

• Proficient in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and advanced visualization techniques.

• Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehousing tools.

• Strong skills in SQL for data manipulation and transformation.

• Proven ability to work with diverse teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.

• Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).

About the role:

• Working hours: 40 hours per week.

• Primary location: Remote in Brazil/Argentina.
