Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of SAP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and business users, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication, ensuring transparency and alignment among stakeholders.
- Oversee quality assurance and testing activities, ensuring the SAP solution meets business requirements and technical standards.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously improve project management processes and frameworks for future initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing SAP projects, including implementations, upgrades, or rollouts.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP) and their integration points.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Working hours: 40 hours per week.
- Primary location: Remote in Brazil.
