Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of SAP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

• Lead cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and business users, fostering collaboration and accountability.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication, ensuring transparency and alignment among stakeholders.

• Oversee quality assurance and testing activities, ensuring the SAP solution meets business requirements and technical standards.

• Provide regular project updates and reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

• Continuously improve project management processes and frameworks for future initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience managing SAP projects, including implementations, upgrades, or rollouts.

• Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP) and their integration points.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on risk management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).

About the role:

• Working hours: 40 hours per week.

• Primary location: Remote in Brazil.
