Team Overview:
99, one of the leading ride-hailing companies, is seeking a Driver Operations Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will work closely with the Growth, Loyalty, Business Analytics, and Operations teams to optimize driver performance, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency. By leveraging data insights and collaborating with these key functions, you'll help drive business impact and ensure continuous improvement in the driver experience.
We’re looking for an analytical thinker with a passion for data and a strong desire to help shape the future of ride-hailing.
Role Responsibilities:

Analyzing Driver Data: Reviewing performance metrics (e.g., acceptance, cancellation rates) to spot trends and areas for improvement.

Collaborating Across Teams: Working with Growth, Loyalty, Business Analytics, and Operations to drive data-driven decisions.

Developing Dashboards: Creating and maintaining automated dashboards to provide real-time driver performance insights.
-
Supporting Key Initiatives: Helping design and execute projects to improve driver efficiency and satisfaction.

Solving Issues: Addressing operational inefficiencies and resolve driver-related issues.

Data-driven Insights: Providing actionable recommendations to Business Analytics and Operations for driver engagement.

Incentive Program Monitoring: Working with Loyalty to evaluate and refine driver incentive programs.
- Minimum 2 years of experience;
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field;
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI);
- Experience with large datasets and drawing actionable insights from them;
- Proven ability to develop and manage automated reporting dashboards;
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Looker, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms;
- Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis;
- Advanced English skills to work with multinational teams.
