Principais responsabilidades:

• Responsible for the advocacy on the food matters
• Forecast and track the impact on the business of legislative and regulatory trends and changes in the field of food. Develop advocacy strategies, support authority management with stakeholder mapping and proactively build and strengthen external stakeholder contacts (external experts, industry organizations) in the region.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with relevant international organizations an NGOs in the field of competence: e.g., Consumer Organizations, Trade Associations
• Give guidelines to Area / Region / Country Institutional Affairs on how to shape proactively the public dialogues, particularly for social or contentious issues in the field of food.
• Share information and institutional advice on relevant food matters and issues, giving a business oriented institutional standpoint.
• Recommend and catalyze use of resources (internal and external) to influence policy and define business position/response to key Public Policy externalities.
• Coordinates response to NGOs, Indexes and Consumer Organizations etc in the field of food regulation
• Partner with Corporate Communication Competence Center in the media and stakeholder management during a crisis on the field.

Quem buscamos:

• English, Portuguese and Spanish fluent.
• Experience in the food industry and /or SAM affairs ( Brazil, Argentina, Ecuador , Colombia );
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, the Sciences or Engineering is desired. Political science or related areas are also a complementary profile.
• Strong background in food regulatory and food safety.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible, and highly responsible and hands-on.
