Key Account Manager | EPC Brazil

Job Description:

We are looking to add to our Sales team a Senior Commercial Engineer, with 10 years of experience in Consultative Sales of Solutions to Energy, Industry, and Infrastructure Companies, with knowledge in Power Systems, Industrial Automation and Digital Solutions.



Responsibilities

  • Develop the commercial strategy and account plan to meet the agreed goals in the assigned accounts.
  • Ensure effective communication of Schneider's value proposition to key stakeholders.
  • Identify projects early and coordinate the solution prescription plan.
  • Lead the commercial process and ensure the delivery of commercial proposals meeting customer expectations.
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers, identifying key stakeholders for each area of the organization.
  • Develop specific strategic initiatives for each market segment, focused on Sustainability, Software and Services.
  • Management of all commercial activity through Salesforce CRM Software.
Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Experience in key account management in Industry, Energy and EPC companies.
  • Intermediate/High level of English
  • We value Oil & Gas and Power Generation expertise for this position
  • Proactive Commercial professional with a high level of motivation and self-management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal relationship development and Negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer satisfaction orientation.
