Key Account Manager | EPC Brazil

Job Description:

We are looking to add to our Sales team a Senior Commercial Engineer, with 10 years of experience in Consultative Sales of Solutions to Energy, Industry, and Infrastructure Companies, with knowledge in Power Systems, Industrial Automation and Digital Solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop the commercial strategy and account plan to meet the agreed goals in the assigned accounts.
Ensure effective communication of Schneider's value proposition to key stakeholders.
Identify projects early and coordinate the solution prescription plan.
Lead the commercial process and ensure the delivery of commercial proposals meeting customer expectations.
Develop long-term relationships with customers, identifying key stakeholders for each area of the organization.
Develop specific strategic initiatives for each market segment, focused on Sustainability, Software and Services.
Management of all commercial activity through Salesforce CRM Software.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

Experience in key account management in Industry, Energy and EPC companies.
Intermediate/High level of English
We value Oil & Gas and Power Generation expertise for this position
Proactive Commercial professional with a high level of motivation and self-management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills.
Good interpersonal relationship development and Negotiation skills.
Strong customer satisfaction orientation.
