Description

As the Product Designer at CCP, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our innovative crowdfunding platform. Your focus will be on creating intuitive, attractive, and user-centered designs that align with our business objectives and user needs.
Develop high-quality user experiences and interfaces (UX/UI) aligned with CCP's product vision, problem space, and available resources.
Propose UX/UI to address the usability risks of CCP’s different clients (other crowdfunding platforms) and iterate them to act on user feedback
Rapidly design low and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to test and learn from clients, iterating these prototypes and collaborating with product and engineering peers to determine development priorities.
Conduct user experience research to understand functional, psychological, and experiential client needs, informing design solutions.
Lead the design of interaction elements to keep users engaged throughout their product experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional peers to achieve product success together and seamless integration of designs.
Develop visual identity assets, including logos and brand guidelines, to enhance brand recognition and consistency.

Required Qualifications (must have)
5+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in fast-paced startups. Bonus if you have designed UI/UX on the fintech, web 3.0, crypto, or developer tools sectors.
Strong portfolio showcasing product design and UX work.
Mastery of Figma and knowledge of other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and prototyping tools.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and cutting-edge product design practices.
Proficiency in English.
 Desired Qualifications (nice to have)
Experience with remote collaboration tools.
Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, Java Script).
Experience in early-stage startups, pre-Series C.
Familiarity with blockchain / crypto / web 3 products, especially those involving banking, Baa S, or payments.
Experience leveraging AI to enhance productivity and quality of design artifacts.
