In accordance with the growth of MSC Cruises' business in Brazil, we are looking for a Legal Supervisor. The Legal Supervisor will be responsible for controlling litigation, including civil and special civil proceedings and mass labor litigation.

• Law degree, registered with the Brazilian BAR Association, specialization will be considered a plus¨
• Advanced English
• 6 years or more of previous experience in law firms or in-house counsel in mass litigation - Civil and Labor
• Word, Excel and Power Point skills
• Flexibility to travel
• Teamwork, empathy, flexibility and sensitivity
• Investigation and analytical thinking
• Identify and mitigate risks to avoid new lawsuits
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to ensure that all work and tasks are carried out with precision and attention to detail
• Manage and coordinate the company's litigation
• Monitor, manage and resolve situations and cases in the area independently
• Monitor and evaluate defences and appeals prepared by external law firms, maintaining KPIs
• Manage process deadlines and monitor progress with contracted external law firms
• Coordinate administrative activities related to litigation and performed by the administrative assistant
• Report to the headquarters of litigation results, preparing weekly and monthly reports
