Description and Requirements

Lenovo Premier Support é o principal serviço oferecido pela Lenovo aos seus clientes. Como especialista de suporte técnico Premier, você trabalhará com os clientes na resolução de problemas técnicos além do que um suporte de nível um padrão deve fornecer.
Esta posição é uma função técnica dentro da Equipe Técnica Premier que oferece suporte ao Brasil, com sede em São Paulo (ou Indaiatuba).
Nesta função, você fornecerá nosso melhor suporte aos clientes da Lenovo. Como parte de seu trabalho, você fornecerá suporte via e-ticket, e-mail, chat e telefone, enquanto diagnosticará com precisão os problemas relatados no ambiente de produtos de nossos clientes (notebooks comerciais, desktops, tablets, dispositivos inteligentes e AR/VR), despachando peças e serviço aos locais dos clientes conforme necessário.
Você também lidará com escalonamentos de clientes com suporte de nossos engenheiros de nível 2 e gerentes técnicos de contas, conforme necessário.
O candidato ideal será altamente técnico e terá um impulso interno para aprender ainda mais como parte de uma equipe em crescimento, e também terá habilidades de comunicação altamente desenvolvidas (verbais e escritas) para lidar com clientes em qualquer nível.
Requisitos
  • Conhecimento de Microsoft Test, Microsoft Office
  • Hardware Assembling,IT Hardware,Hardware Documentation
  • Test Management Tools
  • Microsoft Dynamics ERP
  • Microsoft Tools,Task Organization
  • Organizing Functions
  • Finalizando, ou graduado na área técnica
  • Nivel de ingles Intermediario
